Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist with a focus on Lead Management to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales efforts by ensuring efficient lead qualification, nurturing, and distribution. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to maintain data integrity within our CRM systems, prepare sales reports, and assist in creating compelling presentations. This position is perfect for someone with excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of the sales pipeline, eager to contribute to a dynamic global company.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria and route them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate lead information, interactions, and status changes.
- Assist in developing and implementing lead nurturing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Generate sales reports and dashboards to track lead performance, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals to support the sales team in client engagements.
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure seamless information flow and process efficiency.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or opportunities related to lead quality and sales processes.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support, lead generation, or administrative role.
- Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with lead management tools or platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to improve sales processes or efficiency.
- Prior experience working in a fully remote capacity.
