Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team in Ogden, UT. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our vital records through high-accuracy filing and data management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. You will be responsible for precise document organization, retrieval, and ensuring compliance with our established filing protocols. This is an on-site position vital to our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely filing of physical and digital documents according to established procedures.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring documents are easily retrievable.
  • Assist with data entry and document scanning to convert physical records into digital formats.
  • Conduct regular audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Retrieve and deliver requested documents to authorized personnel.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed, including photocopying, mail sorting, and supply management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth information flow.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with filing systems and document management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
  • Experience handling confidential patient or client information.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher.
