Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Floor Coordinator with a strong focus on Warehouse & Logistics to join our team in Greeley, CO. In this critical role, you will oversee the daily flow of operations within our pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring the accurate and timely coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and adherence to strict regulatory compliance. You will be instrumental in maintaining an efficient and safe working environment, optimizing logistics processes, and supporting our mission to deliver vital healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure strict adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and pharmaceutical compliance standards (e.g., FDA, DEA).
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accuracy.
- Optimize workflow and space utilization within the warehouse to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to management as needed.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Train new warehouse personnel on operational procedures, safety protocols, and proper handling of pharmaceutical inventory.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to warehouse activities.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently (certification preferred).
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Demonstrated understanding of inventory management principles and systems.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in a regulated environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution warehouse.
- Current forklift certification.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with FDA and DEA regulations pertaining to pharmaceutical handling and distribution.
