Job Description
Are you a high-energy individual looking for short-term, cash-paid work in the exciting world of live events? Live Nation Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Festival Event Crew members to support various upcoming festivals and events in the SoMa district of San Francisco. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the magic behind major festivals, work alongside a dynamic team, and earn cash for your contributions. No prior experience is required – just a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including stage construction, tent pitching, and equipment placement.
- Provide support for various operational tasks during events, such as directing attendees, managing queues, and distributing materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas throughout the festival.
- Help with loading and unloading equipment and supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols and event guidelines to ensure a safe environment for attendees and staff.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth event execution.
- Be adaptable to various tasks as needed by event management.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment or customer service role.
- Familiarity with event production or festival operations.
- First Aid or CPR certification (a plus, but not required).
