Job Description
Are you energetic, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? IMO Car Wash is looking for a dedicated Car Wash Drying Towel Operator to join our dynamic team in Islington, London. This role is crucial in ensuring every vehicle leaves our wash spotless and gleaming, providing an excellent finish and a memorable customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly hand-dry vehicles using soft towels immediately after the automated wash cycle.
- Ensure all surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and bodywork, are streak-free and spotless.
- Inspect vehicles for any remaining water spots or imperfections and address them promptly.
- Maintain a steady pace to keep up with the flow of vehicles and minimize customer waiting times.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a friendly attitude and assisting with any inquiries.
- Keep drying towels and equipment clean, organized, and readily available.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Required Skills

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly throughout a shift.
