Job Description
As a WFH Teleperformance Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience with every contact. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to better assist customers.
- Manage time effectively to meet productivity and performance targets.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
