Job Description

Are you a compassionate and experienced coach passionate about mental well-being and resilience? Cigna is seeking a dedicated WFH Renewal Coach with a specific focus on post-burnout support. In this fully remote role, you will empower individuals who have experienced professional burnout to regain their balance, rebuild their energy, and develop sustainable strategies for long-term well-being. You will work one-on-one with clients in a virtual setting, providing guidance, tools, and encouragement to help them navigate their recovery journey and thrive in their careers once more. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized virtual coaching sessions for individuals recovering from professional burnout.
  • Develop and implement tailored recovery plans focused on resilience building, stress management, and sustainable work habits.
  • Guide clients in identifying triggers, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering self-care practices.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops and group coaching sessions on burnout prevention and recovery strategies.
  • Monitor client progress, provide continuous support, and adapt coaching approaches as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, EAP) to ensure a holistic support system for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress reports.
  • Stay updated on best practices and research in burnout recovery, mental health, and coaching methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Certified Professional Coach (e.g., ICF, BCC credential) or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in coaching, specifically with a focus on burnout, stress management, or career transition.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the causes, symptoms, and recovery process of professional burnout.
  • Exceptional empathetic listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and maintain strong organizational skills.
  • Strong ethical foundation and commitment to client confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Experience working in corporate wellness programs or employee assistance programs (EAPs).
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities relevant to burnout recovery (e.g., CBT, mindfulness).
  • Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience delivering virtual workshops or group coaching sessions.
