Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive WFH Recruitment Resourcer to join our talent acquisition team. This 100% remote role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for various roles within Teleperformance. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be instrumental in building a robust candidate pipeline, utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques, and ensuring a positive initial candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial outreach, screening, and qualification of candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Proactively research and map talent within specific industries and skill sets.
  • Contribute to building a strong employer brand by ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
  • Stay informed of current recruiting trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing tools.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (6+ months) in a recruitment, sourcing, or human resources role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
