Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with members focusing on personal development, leadership skills, career advancement, and well-being.
- Develop customized coaching plans tailored to individual member goals and needs, leveraging BetterUp's proprietary tools and methodologies.
- Track member progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt coaching strategies to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all coaching interactions and progress within our secure platform.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continually enhance coaching skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of coaches and internal specialists to share best practices and contribute to a vibrant coaching community.
- Champion BetterUp's values and commitment to empowering individuals for optimal performance and fulfillment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in personal development, executive, or life coaching.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong active listening and empathetic questioning abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals through transformational change.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively.
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools and a stable internet connection.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Certification from a recognized coaching organization (e.g., ICF, BCC).
- Experience with behavioral science, positive psychology, or adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with BetterUp's coaching model and platform.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a remote work environment.
