Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Remote Transcription Associate to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position where you will be responsible for accurately transcribing audio and video content into written text. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the clarity and precision of various projects, contributing to our mission of bridging communication gaps globally. Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio and video recordings accurately and efficiently, adhering to project-specific guidelines and style guides.
- Perform quality assurance checks on transcribed content to ensure grammatical correctness, punctuation, and proper formatting.
- Manage multiple transcription assignments, prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- Utilize transcription software and tools effectively to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive client information and project materials.
- Communicate proactively with project managers regarding any challenges or clarifications needed for assignments.
- Continuously improve transcription skills through feedback and self-learning.

- Proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) and data entry skills.
