Job Description
Aspen Limo & Tours is seeking a highly professional and experienced Wedding Limousine Chauffeur to join our dedicated team for weekend shifts. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service and safe driving practices to play a pivotal role in the most important day of our clients’ lives. As a Wedding Limousine Chauffeur, you will be responsible for providing luxurious, punctual, and stress-free transportation for wedding parties, ensuring a memorable and flawless experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury limousines and sedans for wedding events.
- Ensure timely arrival and departure, strictly adhering to scheduled itineraries.
- Provide an exceptional, personalized, and discreet chauffeured experience for clients.
- Maintain the pristine cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned vehicles before, during, and after each shift.
- Assist wedding parties with entry and exit from the vehicle, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to select optimal routes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies without exception.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, dispatch, and event coordinators.
- Represent Aspen Limo & Tours with the utmost professionalism and decorum at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid State of Oregon Driver's License with an impeccable driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Portland metropolitan area roadways and traffic patterns.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in various situations.
- Proficient in using GPS and navigation applications.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Ability to lift luggage and assist passengers as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience specifically in wedding or luxury event transportation.
- Defensive driving certification.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operation and features.
- Multilingual abilities.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
