Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with prescription fulfillment tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at the pharmacy counter and over the phone, addressing inquiries and processing transactions.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling payments and managing customer accounts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy workstation and general environment.
- Stock shelves, manage inventory, and assist with ordering supplies to ensure optimal product availability.
- Assist with various administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
