Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Social Media Strategist with a strong performance marketing background to join our remote team. This role focuses on optimizing Apple’s social media presence to drive measurable results, enhance brand perception, and engage our global audience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, data-driven, and adept at translating insights into actionable strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies focused on performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions, reach, sentiment) across key platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns, including content planning, scheduling, boosting, and A/B testing, to achieve specific KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of social media performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Monitor social media listening tools for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
- Stay current with evolving social media platforms, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.
- Develop and present regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key successes, challenges, and future strategies to stakeholders.
- Manage social media budget allocation for paid campaigns, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROI.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and performance marketing, preferably with a large brand or agency.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that meet measurable objectives.
- Expertise in major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling and brand-appropriate content.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Datorama, Sprinklr, or similar enterprise-level social media management platforms.
- Familiarity with Apple products, services, and brand aesthetic.
- Experience in tech or consumer electronics industry.
