Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior mechanics with routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs of pumpjack equipment and related machinery.
• Learn to identify mechanical issues, operational inefficiencies, and potential safety hazards under supervision.
• Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment required for pumpjack servicing.
• Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Participate actively in all required training sessions, workshops, and continuous learning programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Support the team in troubleshooting basic mechanical problems and preparing equipment for maintenance tasks.
