Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity to earn extra income on weekends? ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a reliable and motivated Weekend Pressure Washer to join our mobile team in Winston-Salem, NC. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pressure washing services for a variety of residential and commercial properties. This is a mobile position, requiring travel to various client sites within the Winston-Salem area. Key Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean exterior surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, building exteriors, decks, and patios.
- Prepare work sites, including setting up equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and protecting surrounding areas.
- Mix and apply appropriate cleaning solutions according to surface type and stain severity.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
- Complete job documentation accurately and submit in a timely manner.
Required Skills
- Ability to operate pressure washing equipment or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow strict protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or a related field.
- Familiarity with different types of cleaning solutions and their applications.
