Job Description

As a Web Navigation Labeler with a UX Research Focus, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the usability and discoverability of digital products. This position involves meticulously categorizing and tagging web content, user interface elements, and navigation paths based on predefined criteria and user research insights. You will contribute directly to the improvement of information architecture, ensuring intuitive and efficient user journeys across various platforms. Your work will directly support our UX research team by providing structured data for analysis and informing design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and label web content, navigation menus, and interactive elements according to specific guidelines.
  • Identify patterns and inconsistencies in information architecture and report findings to the UX research team.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers and designers to refine labeling taxonomies and guidelines.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of labeled data.
  • Provide feedback on the clarity and effectiveness of current navigation structures.
  • Stay informed about best practices in information architecture, UX design, and labeling methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with web browsers and general digital literacy.
  • Ability to follow complex guidelines and work independently.
  • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
