Job Description

Whataburger is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Quick Service Team Lead Trainee to join our vibrant team in Humble, Texas. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Quick Service Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Learn to supervise and train team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
- Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and reporting tasks.
- Motivate team members to meet sales goals and operational targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
