Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Quick Service Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Learn to supervise and train team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
  • Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and reporting tasks.
  • Motivate team members to meet sales goals and operational targets.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
