Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Virtual X-Factor Coach to join our innovative talent development team. This 100% remote role is dedicated to identifying, nurturing, and amplifying the unique strengths and potential (the ‘X-Factor’) within our diverse employee base. You will work with individuals and small groups to help them unlock hidden talents, enhance their professional growth, and contribute more effectively to their teams and the broader organization. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to help employees identify their strengths, development areas, and hidden talents.
- Develop personalized growth plans and strategies tailored to individual aspirations and organizational needs.
- Facilitate virtual workshops and group coaching sessions focused on leadership, innovation, and personal effectiveness.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance performance and career progression.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and learning & development teams to integrate X-Factor coaching into broader talent initiatives.
- Track and report on coaching outcomes and employee development progress.
- Stay updated on best practices in coaching, talent development, and remote engagement techniques.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or talent development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly in a virtual environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify core development needs.
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- A deep passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification or equivalent professional coaching credentials.
- Experience working within a large technology company or a global enterprise.
- Familiarity with various talent assessment tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of individuals.
