Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated Limo Operator to join our Spokane team. This role is crucial for delivering our promise of safe, luxurious, and punctual transportation to our esteemed clients. The successful candidate will operate high-end vehicles, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction while upholding the highest standards of safety and service. This position includes a Zero Incident Safety Bonus, rewarding your commitment to accident-free driving and adherence to all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and limousines, following all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage, opening and closing doors, and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey.
- Maintain vehicles in pristine condition, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service.
- Adhere to scheduled routes and timelines, using GPS and local knowledge to navigate efficiently and avoid delays.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients, providing updates and addressing any service-related inquiries or issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing EmpireCLS with distinction.
- Accurately complete trip sheets, mileage logs, and other required documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and safety refreshers as required by company policy.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in chauffeured or luxury transport services.
- Excellent knowledge of Spokane and surrounding areas.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly responsible.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine or executive chauffeur.
- Knowledge of defensive driving techniques.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
