Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Netflix Liaison with a strong professional administrative focus to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key administrative point of contact, facilitating seamless communication and operational support between Accenture and our esteemed client, Netflix. This is a 100% remote position, requiring excellent independent work ethic and strong digital collaboration skills. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, coordinating projects, handling communications, and providing general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth execution of various initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a solid understanding of professional administrative practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison, ensuring effective communication flow between Accenture teams and Netflix stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and virtual events across different time zones.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, presentations, and reports.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documentation systems, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.
- Track project timelines and deliverables, providing administrative support to project managers as needed.
- Assist with data entry, information gathering, and basic research tasks relevant to ongoing projects.
- Facilitate virtual meetings, including setting up technology, managing attendees, and taking minutes.
- Proactively identify administrative needs and implement efficient solutions to streamline workflows.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or professional support role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
