Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Government Contracts Administrator (Entry Level). This is a secure role designed for someone eager to begin a career in public sector contract management. You will play a vital supporting role in ensuring the efficient and compliant administration of our government contracts, contributing to critical projects that impact national security and public services. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills in contract lifecycle management, compliance, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of contract documentation and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and databases, ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
  • Support the contract team in tracking key contract dates, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between internal departments and government agencies regarding contract status and inquiries.
  • Conduct basic research on government contracting regulations (e.g., DEFCONs, FAR) and best practices.
  • Help resolve minor contractual issues and and support more senior administrators in complex negotiations.
