Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Teleperformance Administrative Partner to join our Business Support team. This 100% remote position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes by providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient with various office software. You will play a vital role in facilitating efficient workflows and supporting our teams from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for various teams.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and internal messages, responding promptly and professionally.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
- Support project coordination activities, tracking progress and deadlines as needed.
- Order and manage office supplies, if applicable for remote setup, and handle expense reports.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the overall smooth operation of business support functions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
