In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of video games by providing valuable, honest, and constructive feedback on various pre-release and live game titles. Your unique perspective as a player and a parent will help developers understand user experience, identify bugs, and improve overall game quality. Key Responsibilities
- Play and thoroughly evaluate assigned video games, including new releases and in-development titles.
- Provide detailed, constructive, and actionable written and verbal feedback on gameplay, mechanics, UI/UX, story, balance, and overall player experience.
- Identify and document bugs, glitches, and potential issues with clear reproduction steps.
- Complete surveys, questionnaires, and participate in online discussions related to game features and performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure feedback aligns with project goals.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased game content and project details.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver feedback efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for video games across various genres and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to provide objective, constructive, and detailed feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home setup for gaming and remote work.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with basic bug reporting principles is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a wide range of video game genres (e.g., RPG, simulation, casual, mobile).
- Prior experience in game testing, user research, or providing product feedback.
