Job Description

As a Technical Onboarding Lead at SADA, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful technical integration and adoption of Google Cloud’s SaaS offerings for our diverse client base. This 100% remote role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in Google SaaS products, exceptional client-facing communication skills, and robust project management capabilities. You will guide clients through the entire technical onboarding journey, from initial planning and environment setup to successful implementation and handover, ensuring a seamless and effective transition to Google’s powerful cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical onboarding projects for new and existing clients, specifically focusing on Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform components, and other Google SaaS solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, understanding their business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive technical onboarding plans, including environment setup, data migration strategies, integration with existing systems, and security configurations.
  • Provide expert guidance and best practices on Google SaaS product configuration, optimization, and administration.
  • Collaborate closely with SADA's sales, solutions architecture, and project management teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
  • Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for client IT teams, empowering them to manage and utilize Google SaaS products effectively.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues encountered during the onboarding process, working with internal teams and Google support as needed.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and onboarding checklists.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes and methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical client-facing role, such as Technical Project Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Onboarding Specialist.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Google Workspace administration and deployment (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Admin Console).
  • Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services relevant to SaaS integration (e.g., IAM, networking, storage, APIs).
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions and present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data migration strategies and tools for transitioning to Google Workspace/GCP.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Collaboration Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Network Engineer).
  • Experience with identity management and SSO solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) integrated with Google products.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance frameworks related to cloud environments.
