Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and outgoing student at the University of Colorado Boulder with a passion for marketing and a love for the Red Bull brand? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Student Campus Brand Manager to bring the Red Bull experience to life on campus. This flexible marketing role is perfect for someone who wants to gain real-world brand management experience, connect with their peers, and drive brand love through creative initiatives and product sampling. You will be the face of Red Bull on campus, responsible for strengthening our brand image and driving trial among students.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Red Bull, embodying the brand's values and energy.
- Execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns on campus, reaching students in relevant ways.
- Identify and activate key consumption occasions and moments within the university environment.
- Distribute Red Bull product samples at various campus events, libraries, study sessions, and social gatherings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with student organizations, clubs, and influential campus figures.
- Organize and support Red Bull sponsored events, from small-scale activations to larger campus partnerships.
- Gather insights on campus trends, student preferences, and competitor activities to inform future strategies.
- Manage and maintain a dedicated budget for campus marketing activities.
- Regularly report on activities, successes, and challenges to your regional marketing manager.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled as a student at the University of Colorado Boulder.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A natural networker with a strong existing presence and connections within the university community.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for event planning and reporting.
- Passion for the Red Bull brand and a deep understanding of its target audience.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to align with campus events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, event promotion, or brand ambassador roles.
- Active involvement in student organizations, sports teams, or campus media.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to drive and access to a reliable vehicle for transporting products and materials (mileage reimbursed).
