Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and wellness and have a keen eye for detail? Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking enthusiastic and discerning individuals to join our team as a Spa & Salon Mystery Guest. This unique opportunity allows you to experience our premium esthetic services, including massages, facials, and waxing, while providing invaluable feedback on your overall customer journey. As a Mystery Guest, you will anonymously evaluate all aspects of our spa operations, from initial booking to the quality of service delivery and facility cleanliness. Your detailed observations will directly contribute to upholding our high standards and enhancing the client experience. All services received as part of the evaluation process will be reimbursed.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and attend appointments for various esthetic services (massages, facials, waxing, etc.) at designated Hand & Stone locations.
- Thoroughly evaluate all aspects of the client experience, including booking, check-in, service quality, staff interaction, and facility ambiance.
- Observe and document staff professionalism, adherence to protocols, cleanliness, and overall brand standards.
- Complete detailed and objective online reports within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Maintain complete anonymity throughout the evaluation process, acting as a regular customer.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for comprehensive, clear, and objective reporting.
- Ability to act naturally and inconspicuously during your spa visit.
- Reliable access to transportation and willingness to travel to various spa locations within Anaheim and surrounding areas.
- Comfortable receiving a variety of esthetic services, including massages, facials, and hair removal.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mystery shopper or in customer service evaluation roles.
- Familiarity with spa/salon environments and services.
- Flexibility in scheduling appointments during weekdays and weekends.
