Job Description

As an Entry Level Site Marshall at our Buffalo location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our construction sites. This position is ideal for individuals eager to begin a career in construction safety and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You will support site management in maintaining a safe work environment by monitoring activities, enforcing safety protocols, and assisting with safety inspections. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct regular site walks and inspections to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
  • Assist in the implementation of site-specific safety plans.
  • Enforce the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) by all personnel and visitors.
  • Report safety incidents, near misses, and hazards to site management promptly.
  • Maintain accurate safety logs and documentation.
  • Support safety training initiatives for site personnel.
  • Provide guidance to workers on safe work procedures.
  • Control site access and ensure all visitors adhere to safety protocols.
