Job Description

You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers leverage HubSpot’s AI-powered features to their fullest potential, providing exceptional support and guidance, and contributing to their long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them through their journey with HubSpot's AI features.
- Onboard new customers to AI-powered tools, ensuring a smooth and effective setup.
- Provide proactive support and consultation, identifying opportunities for customers to optimize their use of AI functionalities.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to AI features and collaborate with product and technical teams for resolution.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with customers, offering insights and best practices.
- Gather customer feedback on AI tools and relay it to product development for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of customer success resources, including guides, FAQs, and webinars, focused on AI capabilities.
- Champion customer retention and satisfaction through exceptional service and relationship building.
