Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Banker to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the financial well-being of our community. As a Retail Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with their banking needs, identifying opportunities to offer suitable products and services, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. A professional uniform will be provided to ensure a consistent and polished appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
  • Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs) and assist with credit card and loan applications.
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to other bank specialists (e.g., mortgage lenders, financial advisors).
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and services.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a secure and organized work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
