Job Description

The Ivy Clifton Brasserie is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Team Members. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist guests with seating and menu inquiries
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Handle guest feedback and special requests with grace and professionalism
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Process payments and manage cash/card transactions accurately
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Required Skills
- Strong passion for hospitality and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
