Job Description
Are you passionate about wellness, luxury hospitality, and adventure? Red Mountain Resort is seeking a discerning individual to join our team as a Summer Seasonal Mystery Guest. This unique opportunity allows you to experience our resort offerings firsthand, providing invaluable feedback on all aspects of the guest journey. Your mission will be to discreetly evaluate our services, facilities, and overall guest experience, ensuring we consistently deliver on our promise of excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of discretion, and a passion for high-end resort living. All approved expenses related to your stay, activities, and dining will be covered.
Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly evaluate and assess various resort services and amenities, including lodging, dining, spa treatments, fitness classes, and outdoor excursions.
- Interact with staff members at all levels, observing service quality, friendliness, and adherence to brand standards without revealing your identity.
- Provide comprehensive and objective written reports detailing observations, feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
- Document specific experiences, both positive and negative, with clear and constructive insights.
- Adhere strictly to assigned itineraries and evaluation criteria.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding your role and findings.
