Job Description
As a Residential Concierge at our exclusive high-end apartment complex in Summerlin, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning residents and their guests. You are the face of luxury and hospitality, responsible for ensuring an impeccable and seamless living experience. This pivotal role requires an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and an unwavering commitment to five-star service. You will manage a variety of resident requests, coordinate services, and maintain the elegance and security of the property’s lobby and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all residents and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Anticipate resident needs and proactively offer assistance and information.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and package deliveries efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate various resident services, including dry cleaning, transportation, restaurant reservations, and event bookings.
- Maintain the pristine appearance and ambiance of the lobby and common areas.
- Monitor security cameras and control access to the building, ensuring resident safety and privacy.
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and discretion, escalating issues as necessary.
- Provide local area information and recommendations (restaurants, entertainment, services).
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of building policies, procedures, and amenities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality-focused role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- A polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of luxury service standards and practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel, residential building, or similar high-end environment.
- Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, French).
- Familiarity with Summerlin and the greater Las Vegas area.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
