Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to Dell products and services.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear, concise instructions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support technicians when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product information and support processes.
