Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for assisting Amazon customers exclusively through text-based live chat, resolving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with excellent written communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live text chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and helpful interactions.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication skills in English.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and multiple applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
