Job Description

You will work Monday to Friday, ensuring our pharmacy is well-stocked and organized to meet patient needs. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for all pharmaceutical products and supplies.
  • Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory according to established procedures.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor product expiration dates and facilitate returns or disposals of expired items.
  • Organize shelves and storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility.
  • Assist with ordering and restocking supplies to prevent shortages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (training provided).
  • A passion for healthcare and a desire to learn about pharmacy operations.
