Job Description

Bannatyne Health Club & Spa in Sunderland is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reflexology Trainee to join our spa team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in reflexology, as full, hands-on training will be provided by our expert therapists. You will learn the art and science of reflexology, mastering techniques to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and complete all provided reflexology training modules and practical sessions.
- Shadow experienced reflexologists and learn various techniques, client consultation, and aftercare procedures.
- Practice newly acquired skills on clients under supervision, maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
- Assist with spa operations, ensuring treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, making clients feel comfortable and valued.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Continuously seek feedback and work on personal development within the role.
