Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Christian Life Coach with a strong focus on faith-based mentorship to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding individuals to align their personal and professional goals with biblical principles, fostering spiritual growth, and empowering them to live purposeful lives. This role involves providing personalized coaching, mentorship, and support to help individuals navigate life challenges, discover their callings, and achieve their God-given potential through a framework of Christian values and teachings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on spiritual, personal, and professional development.
- Develop and implement individualized mentorship plans that integrate biblical wisdom and practical strategies.
- Help individuals identify their strengths, values, and passions, aligning them with God's purpose for their lives.
- Provide empathetic support, encouragement, and accountability to clients working towards their goals.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars on topics such as spiritual disciplines, goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and servant leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress, session notes, and outcomes in a confidential manner.
- Collaborate with other ministry leaders and support staff to ensure holistic care for individuals.
- Stay current with best practices in Christian coaching and mentorship, incorporating new insights into practice.

- Deep personal faith and commitment to Christian principles and values.
- Excellent active listening, empathy, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals.
- Strong understanding and application of biblical teachings in everyday life.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in setting and achieving goals, both personally and with clients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with virtual communication platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Theology, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Certification from a recognized Christian coaching program (e.g., ICF-accredited Christian coaching program).
- 2+ years of experience in Christian ministry, counseling, mentorship, or life coaching.
- Experience facilitating workshops or leading small groups.
- Demonstrated experience in spiritual formation or discipleship.
