Job Description

We are seeking an articulate and polished Receptionist to be the first point of contact and an essential brand ambassador for our luxury establishment in the historic French Quarter. This role is pivotal in ensuring every guest and visitor receives an exceptional, personalized welcome that reflects the high standards of our brand. You will manage incoming communications, provide administrative support, and maintain the elegance and efficiency of our front desk operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests and visitors with a professional and approachable attitude.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the tidiness and professional appearance of the reception area.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
  • Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  • Uphold the brand's image and service standards at all times.
