Job Description
Are you a proactive and service-oriented individual looking to start a rewarding career in the luxury transportation industry? Blacklane is seeking a dedicated Professional Black Car Aide to support our esteemed chauffeurs and ensure a flawless experience for our clients. No prior experience is necessary – we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of vehicle presentation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chauffeurs with pre-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of luxury vehicles.
- Perform detailed interior and exterior cleaning of black cars, including vacuuming, polishing, and window cleaning.
- Monitor vehicle fluid levels, tire pressure, and report any maintenance needs to the operations team.
- Stock vehicles with client amenities such as water, newspapers, and chargers.
- Help manage and organize chauffeur supplies and equipment.
- Provide logistical support to chauffeurs as needed, including navigation assistance or luggage handling.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and service standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of vehicle care and maintenance (training provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or a hospitality-related field is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with the Pasco County area and surrounding regions.
