Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Pinterest Support Specialist, focusing exclusively on written customer interactions. This is a 100% remote position where you will be the first point of contact for Pinterest users, providing exceptional support through email, chat, and other written channels. You will address a wide range of inquiries, from account management and technical troubleshooting to content policies and user guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, 100% written support to Pinterest users via email, chat, and other designated platforms.
- Address and resolve user inquiries regarding account issues, platform features, technical difficulties, and content guidelines.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with Pinterest product changes, new features, and policy updates.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English (US English).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
