Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Pinterest Influencer Manager with a strong focus on creative talent. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with top-tier creators and influencers who align with Pinterest’s brand values and audience. You will lead the strategy and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they are impactful, innovative, and drive engagement across the platform. This position requires a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for leveraging visual content to inspire action.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, scout, and onboard a diverse portfolio of high-quality creative talent and influencers relevant to Pinterest's strategic priorities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within Pinterest.
- Strategize, plan, and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns on Pinterest, from brief development to content approval and launch.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely payment processes for all influencer partnerships.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insightful recommendations for optimization and future strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, influencer marketing, and the Pinterest platform itself.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and legal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and compliance.
- Educate influencers on Pinterest best practices, new features, and creative opportunities to maximize their impact.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or partner development roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the Pinterest platform, its features, and the creator landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit top-tier creative talent.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities with a track record of executing successful campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analysis, reporting, and optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Existing network of established Pinterest creators or talent agencies.
- Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds and creative communities.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience in content strategy or creative direction.
