Job Description

This full-time position offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week, providing stability and ample opportunity to make a real impact. As a Retail Banker, you will be the face of Chase, providing exceptional service, guiding customers through a range of banking products and services, and identifying solutions that meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner, both in-person and over the phone.
- Process routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Open new accounts and service existing accounts, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Chase products and services (e.g., checking, savings, credit cards, loans).
- Educate customers on digital banking solutions and self-service options.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and banking skills.
- Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting branch environment.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate banking systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Availability to work branch hours, including some Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a banking or financial services role.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to the local community.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and goal-oriented environments.
