Job Description

This is an entry-level, full-time position in our state-of-the-art fulfillment center in New Port Richey, FL. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that prescriptions are accurately prepared and dispatched to our patients. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack pharmaceutical products according to prescriptions and order specifications.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and scanning equipment to track inventory and orders.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of all outgoing packages.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting products.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) after proper training and certification.
- Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High degree of reliability and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment (e.g., retail, logistics).
- Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
