Job Description
BrightView Landscapes is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-time Gardener to join our team, focusing on weekend work within the New Port Richey local neighborhood. This flexible role is perfect for individuals with a passion for plants and an eye for detail, who are looking to contribute to the beauty of our community. You will be responsible for general gardening tasks, ensuring our managed properties remain pristine and healthy. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, making it ideal for those balancing other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine gardening tasks including planting, weeding, watering, pruning, and mulching.
- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and other plant installations.
- Monitor plant health, identifying and reporting any signs of pests or disease.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best horticultural practices.
- Assist with seasonal clean-up and planting projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding site conditions.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care.
