Job Description
Are you a proactive and customer-focused professional with a passion for power solutions? Schneider Electric is seeking an ‘Online UPS Executive – Sales & Support focus’ to join our dynamic team in Fontana, CA. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our leading Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, providing expert technical support, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring our customers have reliable power solutions and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for Online UPS products and services within the designated territory.
- Prospect for new customers and nurture existing client relationships through proactive communication and support.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations (both online and in-person) to potential and existing clients.
- Provide expert pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Online UPS systems, including troubleshooting and configuration assistance.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
- Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotes, and contracts to secure new business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the UPS market.
- Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities to promote Schneider Electric's UPS solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and technical support cases in CRM systems.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or technical support roles, preferably within the power electronics, IT hardware, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Demonstrated understanding of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) technology and its applications.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Certifications in power systems or specific UPS technologies.
- Previous experience working with Schneider Electric or APC by Schneider Electric products.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and schematics.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus for the Fontana area.
