Job Description

Domino’s in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Pizza Prep Assistant. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. This is a full-time position offering weekly pay and the chance to learn valuable culinary and customer service skills in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients for pizzas, including chopping vegetables, grating cheese, and portioning meats.
- Assist pizza makers in assembling pizzas according to Domino's quality standards and customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including washing dishes and sanitizing food prep areas.
- Ensure proper rotation of ingredients to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the kitchen team with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Learn and master all aspects of pizza preparation and basic kitchen duties.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Basic understanding of food safety principles (training provided).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
