Job Description
Prolific is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Survey Panel Manager to join our remote team. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexible hours to manage and grow our global participant panel, ensuring high quality and engagement. You will be instrumental in optimizing participant recruitment, retention, and experience, contributing directly to the success of academic and market research studies conducted on our platform. The ideal candidate has a passion for data quality, community management, and operational efficiency, with a strong understanding of online survey methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the health, growth, and quality of our global participant panel.
- Develop and implement strategies for participant recruitment, retention, and engagement.
- Monitor participant demographics and behaviors to ensure panel diversity and representativeness.
- Address participant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to identify and implement panel improvements.
- Analyze panel data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical guidelines.
- Contribute to the creation of best practices for panel management and participant experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in panel management, community management, or online research operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic SQL a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Deep understanding of online survey methodologies and participant engagement strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with participant recruitment platforms or market research panels.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation for optimizing user experiences.
- Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
