Job Description
Are you passionate about understanding youth perspectives and have a knack for organization? Ipsos is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Survey Coordinator to facilitate engaging research with 15-year-old teens. This is a 100% remote, part-time role offering a flexible schedule, perfect for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact from anywhere. You will be instrumental in coordinating the logistics of online surveys, ensuring smooth participation, and maintaining high data quality while fostering a positive experience for our young respondents. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in youth insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule online survey sessions specifically designed for 15-year-old participants.
- Recruit and onboard eligible 15-year-old teens for participation in online research studies, adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Provide clear instructions and technical support to teen participants to ensure smooth survey completion.
- Monitor survey progress and completion rates, addressing any technical or participation issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of participant recruitment, participation, and incentive distribution.
- Liaise with research managers and project leads to ensure all project goals and deadlines are met.
- Ensure strict compliance with all privacy policies and ethical guidelines pertaining to youth research.
- Offer constructive feedback on survey design and participant engagement strategies to improve future studies.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools and basic technical troubleshooting.
