Job Description
Roots Canada is seeking a dedicated and organized Online Shopify Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. This part-time, remote position is ideal for stay-at-home moms seeking flexible work arrangements that fit their lifestyle. As an Online Shopify Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our online store, ensuring a smooth and engaging shopping experience for our customers. You’ll assist with product listings, inventory management, customer support inquiries, and general website upkeep. We are looking for someone meticulous, proactive, and eager to learn the intricacies of e-commerce operations. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating, updating, and optimizing product listings on our Shopify store, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with the merchandising team to ensure accurate stock availability online.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat regarding orders, products, and website navigation, providing excellent service.
- Perform routine website checks to ensure all links, images, and functionalities are working correctly.
- Assist with basic data entry and reporting related to online sales and website performance.
- Support marketing campaigns by scheduling product launches and promotions on the Shopify platform.
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation related to e-commerce operations.
