Job Description

We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and tech-savvy Online Digital Marketing Assistant to join our remote team, specifically focused on engaging with the 17-year-old teen demographic. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media trends, youth culture, and digital content creation. You will play a crucial part in developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with a young audience, helping to build brand awareness and foster community. You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with our content and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns tailored for 17-year-old teens across various social media platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Monitor social media trends, viral content, and youth culture to identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Support the creation of compelling and age-appropriate content, including graphics, short-form videos, and interactive polls.
  • Schedule and publish content on social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Help analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for optimization.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify best practices and emerging platforms within the teen market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, tools, and platform changes relevant to youth engagement.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in major social media platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Strong understanding of current internet culture, memes, and trends relevant to 17-year-old teens.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
