Job Description
We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and tech-savvy Online Digital Marketing Assistant to join our remote team, specifically focused on engaging with the 17-year-old teen demographic. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media trends, youth culture, and digital content creation. You will play a crucial part in developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with a young audience, helping to build brand awareness and foster community. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the US. You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with our content and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns tailored for 17-year-old teens across various social media platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and youth culture to identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Support the creation of compelling and age-appropriate content, including graphics, short-form videos, and interactive polls.
- Schedule and publish content on social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive interactions.
- Help analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for optimization.
- Conduct competitive research to identify best practices and emerging platforms within the teen market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and brand initiatives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, tools, and platform changes relevant to youth engagement.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Strong understanding of current internet culture, memes, and trends relevant to 17-year-old teens.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
